I have visited this hotel several times, and she is truly genuine in her care for her guests. She makes you feel so welcome, and at home. It is my husbands first visit, and he adores the hotel. "Very nice little hotel in the heart of Interlaken. Very warm welcome, room was clean, warm and very well maintained. Coffee machine available in the room. Despite being in the centre of the town there wasn’t much noise from the street, or from other guests as previous reviews have stated. The room was serviced each day to a high standard. I would highly recommend this hotel."
