"This is the second time we've visited the Low Head, George Town area and wanted to stay at the pilot station.
We were not disappointed; these charming old buildings are in great condition for their age. We had trouble with the gas heater in our unit but Jodi from the kiosk came to the rescue. The bed was comfortable; the kitchen well stocked with cooking equipment and parking was onsite and close to the unit. These units are old and have some "quirky" features at times. We would definitely stay...

"Georgia and Peter are wonderful hosts. Our room was so comfortable and included everything you'd need for self catering. Loved the freshly baked bread and loose leaf tea. An easy walk into town. Deloraine Espresso makes the best coffee and we enjoyed our meals at The Empire Hotel."

"This is an amazing place to stay. Just on the edge of the city, you would think you were in the bush, away from the busyness of life. Plenty of wildlife to observe as you sit on the deck. Great having a log fire to keep the house warm. Everything you need is supplied at this property. Highly recommended. "
