"I had a lovely stay in Stern am Rathaus. Highlights were an excellent breakfast and extra details made by the cleaning staff (such as hanging up my coat and hat for me). One point to note is that the cathedral bells are quite loud, though it wasn't a disturbance."

Allerdings kann es zu bestimmten Zeiten sehr voll werden. Ich empfehle daher die kleine Terrasse an der Seite, da war es dann recht ruhig. Am besten fand ich die Klimaanlage, die konnte ich auf dem Zimmer selbst einstellen. Parken kann man nebenan, ich fand das aber trotz Rabatt mit knapp 25 Euro pro Tag doch als recht hoch. Ich...

Alles bisschen altbacken. Die Lage ist super, das Frühstück war auch reichhaltig. Die Mitarbeiter nett. Aber wie gesagt ist das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen. Arriving in the room I was happy to see there actually were wash clothes in the bathroom. Yet after the first room service the wash clothes were removed, including my own, and never replenished. "Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir waren auch sehr begeistert von der Auswahl vom Frühstücksbuffet (sehr lecker) Und da es draußen fast 40°C hatte waren wir sehr froh über die gut funktionierende Klimaanlage im Hotel und Zimmer. Den Fitnessbereich und Saunabereich wollten wir uns auch nicht entgehen lassen. Klein aber fein. Hatten nichts zu meckern. :-)"

"Das Hotel ist an einer sehr guten, zentralen Lage. Das Zimmer sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet und die Betten sehr bequem, inkl. wunderschönem Balkon mit Blick über Kölns Dächer. Das Frühstück ist anders als gewohnt aber superlecker. Einzig, das Zimmer im 5. Stock muss man sich verdienen, da kein Lift vorhanden ist. Was aber auf der Website auch so erwähnt ist."
