"Abbiamo prenotato 7 giorni ma abbiamo lasciato la struttura 1 giorno prima del dovuto in pratica lenzuola mai cambiate stessa cosa copertino del letto In 6 giorni mai spazzato e lavato il pavimento della camera In camera eravamo 2 persone mancavano gli asciugamani sia della doccia e sia da viso in 2 persone ti ritrovavi 1 asciugamano da doccia Per non parlare della camera che non rispecchiava quanto prenotato eravamo dentro secondo il mio parere una spece di garage piani terra unica finestra...

"I wish I could have reviewed this property fully. However upon arrival I was told that I was staying at one of their sister hotels, TJ Boutique. While it was a 5 minute walk away it had none of the amenities that Cerviola hotel offered. "To begin with, I arrived at the place; the door was closed, and I did not have the combination code for the building and do. ot the assigned room, never contacted by anyone. I was strolling in the street until a good Maltese Samaritan helped me contact the management using his phone; by the time I went to my room was 11:30 PM. The room service comes every day; they never changed the sheets or replaced the towels."

"The room was decorated beautifully. It was one of the nicest hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed at. Very comfortable bed and pillows. It had great full length mirrors if you wanted to do an outfit check before going out. There was a rooftop pool with a bar with music, it had a nice vibe. Wish I stayed more than one night. This hotel was close to the airport which is the reason why I chose it as I had a morning flight and I was staying on the other island of Gozo prior to this. I would definitely stay...

"My friend and I booked a one night stay here in between cities. But initially we struggled to get a hold of reception. At first it looked fine but the floors were dirty, there was hair clogging the sink, and the tub was dirty as well. Also there were some kind of bugs in one of the beds because my friend was bit multiple times. Overall I would not stay again and I am disappointed with this overall experience"

"This was super close to the airport. Took 12 min walk. Weirdly, the room is full of ants especially in the toilet and perhaps some flying ants as noticed a few in the bed. I have to admit, I had a few bites. The postcode to get to the apartment was tricky as was not on Google map. So had to stop the taxi and walk around to find the right place It would be great if the owner provide a telephone number for these sort of emergencies."
