"Lovely setting..nice comfortable & good sized room. Food was very good, didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment.. My only complaint is the lack of a mirror close enough to a socket so you can dry your hair…most places don’t have one to be honest & as I’m only short I couldn’t see in the bathroom mirror to use that either. I was able to move the mirror on the door but was still 3 feet away from it. Wouldn’t make me not stay again.. The staff were all very good, smiley & efficient. "

"This was a beautiful place and the staff were very helpful! I had trouble navigating the narrow stairs, but Jordan was kind to help us into a lower level accommodation. The breakfast with fresh berries was perfect!"

"Would happily stay here again. The beds in the Tuner Room were very comfortable. Nice little touch with having some chocolates."

"It was very cute. Nothing fancy but very clean and John was a wonderful host. "

"The host was there to great us with a smile. She explained everything and offered us to order breakfast but we had to leave early to catch the ferry. The room was very nice. She was kind enough to order our taxi for the morning as dover doesn't have uber. I wish we had had more time to enjoy the stunning views from the patio. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Another lovely stay at Dunkerleys. Friendly staff, great location and room. As per our last review bed is a bit hard for our liking but it does! Excellent rain shower. Breakfast very nice. Booked again. "

"This charming little guest house is within easily walkable distance to Dover Castle and downtown. The host was readily available and extremely helpful. This small facility felt very homelike and represents a welcome change from big box hotels. I highly recommend Churchill Guest House."

"The location is in the no-cars zone, plan ahead carefully if you drive. The building is very old, as is to be expected for the area, but well maintained. Easy walking to all attractions and lots of dining options."

"Very walkable to area locations. Historically old but cleanest place I think I have ever stayed. Remember that many places don't have AC and this is one but fans in rooms with full length window open to balcony in our room. Narrow stairway to rooms if that means anything to anyone. Was fine for us. Breakfast was buffet style, tasty and we still had personal attention with refills, etc. Host made sure we had transportation to the cruise port."

"One night stay for a party. Perfect for walking to sea front and town. Room was very spacious with a separate sitting room area. Very clean and lovely breakfast. Would definitely recommend and stay again."

"Very good stay at the Royal Albion. Very nice room recently redecorated. Good WiFi. Kettle and pod coffee machine. Lots of supplies for using these - coffee pods, tea bags and coffee bags. Very good bathroom with bath. We had a view over the high street in Broadstairs. Breakfast good - main hot dish and buffet dishes. We ate at the Royal Albion in the evening and had a very good meal."
