"I highly recommend Oakwood Residence! The staff are friendly and welcoming, the rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable, and the hotel is in a great area. It’s also close enough to the heart of Hanoi to easily explore the city while still being in a quieter area. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again!"

"Fantastic location on West Lake right near temples.
Studio apartment was very comfortable and had a great supply of kitchenware, lots of storage and a good strong shower.
Alice at Reception was amazing and bought me water and fresh towels even though I only stayed 2 nights.
I would 100% recommend and would return myself when next in Hanoi.
Thanks"
