"新しいので部屋はとても綺麗。アメニティもひと通り整っている。 ファミリールームでキングサイズ2台に4人宿泊。大人2人寝ても充分なベッドの広さ。 シャワーは仕切りや湯船がないので、洗面トイレに水が飛び散る。 （ハノイに比べたら、近くにあまり飲食店がない。売店も小さいのが数店舗あるが価格表記がなく、観光客価格と住民価格を使い分けている感じ。） 飛行機を乗るための繋ぎとして宿泊するには便利なホテル。空港からGRABで5分〜10分。早朝でもすぐにつかまるし問題なく移動可能。"

"Simple room. 5 mins from the airport. Staff helpful. Key items to remembers, no elevators so if you have mobility issues keep that in mind. The shower was in between the toilet and the sink with no curtain and no water damn. Safe to say a total mess was made trying to contain the water, and water did not really flow towards the drain. It just pooled there in the center of the bathroom. Anyways, the hotel has food service and there are a few places to eat close by. If I had to stay again I would,...

"The staff at this property were absolutely amazing - all of the front desk staff were so unbelievably helpful and kind. They had so much knowledge about the area and were helpful with booking onward travel, even walking me to my taxi. The hospitality alone makes this hotel :) the hotel is also in a prime location, not far from the old town. My room overlooked the train which was also an incredible view. This hotel is by far one of the best I’ve stayed in during my 2 month travels."

"This hotel is definitely not what it claims to be. Rude staff, dirty room especially bathroom which had mold several places. Hallway carpet was very, very old. It's no where near a 4 star, at best a 2 star. Breakfast was decent compared to rest of hotel."
