朝食のブュッフェがとても美味しかったです。
食後、 部屋に持って行けるよう、テイクアウト用のコーヒーが用意されてるのもよかったです。
ユニットバスですが、適度な広さがあって入りやすかったです。

"The room was clean, but a lot older than it looks in photos. It was hard to find at first, and no elevator and small spiral staircase with kids and bags was hard. The location was close to station but not much happening around the property. Residential area mostly.
Someone above us was very noisy at night. The property doesn’t own the area above so there was nothing we could do "

"The staff here is 100% bilingual and very good about helping foreigners not only book their stays but navigate Japan. No problems at all. The hotel service and room cleaning was impressive and thorough as I've ever seen at a hotel.
The only downside I'd say here is the rooms are small. And I think that's more to do with Japanese hotels in this area. I was out and about so much I didn't really notice, but that's a real concern, especially if you're staying with other people.

Rooftop onsen was amazing, giving great views of Tokyo with free ice lolly’s once you come out. Although we didn’t try the restaurant I heard very good things and there is a 7-eleven directly across from the hotel when you need a late night snack etc.
Location was great, little walk to the closest subway station but main shinjuku area very close by with the Golden Gai...
