"My partner and I had a great time staying at this cabin! Can be a little difficult finding the cabin if you’re arriving at night, but very easy to locate during the day. This was a gorgeous cabin, very comfy & cozy, and just the right size for 2-4 people. Not too far from Downtown Eureka Springs. Definitely recommend if you’re staying in or near Eureka Springs!"

"Wonderful relaxing stay. Beautiful room and patio. Loved the sound of the waterfall and cave on the patio. Great location. Bed was very comfortable and room/bathroom very large. Plenty of amenities. Would stay here again. "

"Sundown Cottage is a very cozy place for a respite. The downtown was close enough that an agile person could easily walk it. The eclectic decor is very tasteful. The beds quite comfortable. The place is perfect for a girlsweek or a couple with kids. The parking space is tight and the house is close to a very busy street but we didn’t have any trouble with it. "

"Very clean, comfortable beds, good shower pressure and plenty of hot water. Can walk to trolley location. Very cutely decorated in 1950's themes. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again."

"This location is ideal as it was between downtown Eureka Springs and Beaver Dam. Chris was great with communications and making sure everything was going well. The suite had everything we needed. Loved the food recommendations. Check-in and out was super easy! Would definitely come back to stay here again. "

"First of all we went in with an open mind, price was spectacular and the location was right at the entrance to the historical fowntown area. It surpassed our expectations. Our place had nice shady parking and we were about 200 feet from the trolley depot. A must for traveling the area since parking is at a premium. The room was nicely decorated and cozy.
