Stylish and funky, "The Way" is conveniently located in the heart of Northwest Arkansas. Many amenities and activities are within a few minutes of driving or biking. It has easy access to I-49 and is only minutes to Fayetteville. This bright, spacious home has space for up to 7 people featuring three bedrooms consisting of two queen beds, a full size bed and twin bed with Smart HDTVs in all bedrooms with free WIFI available throughout the property and keyless entry for easy entry and exit.

The host was incredibly fast to respond to any messages. There were no issues, but when I asked questions, he was very quick to answer. It was a perfect place to stay for the weekend. Close to the highway and shopping and restaurants. The dining room table was perfect for hanging out and playing games at night.

We had a wonderful experience. The home was extremely comfortable. The host was responsive when I had questions. The beds were comfortable, and the house was well stocked with everything we needed. The food-truck court nearby was amazing! Super convenient with many delicious options. Would absolutely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and had plenty of room for our family. When a small need arose, the owner took care of it for us as soon as possible. The kids loved the fun beds, and having lots of toys available, and we adults enjoyed the comfortable beds!

Perfect Accommodations

Clean, convenient and easy. Reasonably priced roomy location with the comforts of home. We were down for graduation weekend and had family coming with us and the space worked out perfectly. Rooms were comfy and lots of extras. The only downside is the traffic can be a little loud, but they have extra fans etc to help drown that out. I would most definitely stay here again!

Great Place

Our family has spent a LOT of time at VRBOs, and this house was, BY FAR, the cleanest, most well stocked rental we’ve ever stayed at. The house was excellent. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is the location. It’s right on the corner of a busy intersection and there is no privacy fence, so the outside isn’t very private or usable.

This is a darling house. It's cozy, clean, and packed with fun games to play. It has everything a person could want or need for the kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were super comfy and the whole house is fabulously decorated. The check in and check out process was easy.

Graduation

I came for my graduation at UARK and this place exceeded our expectations. The location is across from a foot truck spot and convenient to everywhere. My code don’t work when I arrived and I called the number expecting to have to wait to hear back and he answered after the 2nd ring and helped us (awesome). They had plenty towels, fully stocked kitchen, and extra blankets. This place was simply amazing. When I come back I will be staying here again. Only thing I would suggest is they get an ironing board and a better iron. Even if they don’t I am still coming back to stay here lol.

Great stay in Springdale

Beautifully decorated and well-furnished home with plenty of toys and games for kids. Had everything we needed and more. Very cozy. Food truck pavilion just across the street for plenty of food options. Located on a street corner, so the traffic noise can be a little intrusive for some, but didn’t really bother us. Would definitely stay again.

Hidden gem!

The cleanest Vrbo I have ever stayed in. Even the towels were folded perfectly. Location looks like it may be loud but we had no issues. Decor inside is top notch 10/10. Beds comfy and kids loved the kids room and Xbox. Would absolutely stay here again

Place was very nice, clean, and well stocked with needs. However we were never able to use the front door lock. Thank goodness for the key under the mat. Communication was a problem, only method was email and it normally took 24 hours. I emailed that the frig was not working properly and never got a reply. It finally did work and all was good.

Cool & Comfortable after a day on the ballfields!

We come to Northwest Arkansas yearly for grandson's baseball tournaments. We usually stay in hotels but decided on vrbo this time and found this jewel of a house! Comfortable and inviting with the rich jewel tone decor. Kitchen was well stocked, plenty of linens, beds Comfortable, quiet even though next to busy intersection. Would definitely visit again and recommend for a family. Only drawback was one bathroom, but we definitely made it work. Give a solid 5 stars!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
