"Great stay but not sure why this property is considered a 3 star. Would be more of 2-2.5. Beds could be better. Odd color scheme. Overall decent stay if price is right. No complaints just preferences "

"View was great, it was a little cold when we went but the indoor waterpark was still amazing and warm! The kids even loved the outside water park on the days we could go out! Highly recommend "

"We have stayed here several times. The rooms are decent and the location can’t be beat. Breakfast is so/so. I’ve had better at other hotels. Beds are comfortable. Rooms are a bit on the small side. We like the fire pit and hot drinks in the lobby. "

"We had a great experience staying here. Our last minute reservation went smoothly from start to finish, the staff was friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. The only small suggestion would be to offer a few more breakfast options, but everything available was good. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it."

"This property when it first opened in the 70s I believe it was an amazing place to stay. This property is extremely clean the beds are comfortable the pillows are comfortable and it is close to. It is 14 minutes away from Dollywood 7 minutes away from most museums and coasters in Pigeon Forge. Tons of activities and fun things to do for both children and adults. The Outback Steakhouse was outstanding and I am not usually a fan of the Outback Steakhouse. The staff was wonderful. My only complaint...

"We liked the room overall. We liked how they provided dove soap. Shower was hot which was good. The onl I thing we didnt like was howvthe toilet flushed. You had to hold down on lever to get it to flush. Toilet paper is substandard. Didnt like that."

"Half way laundry service , mountain view was nice but deck was falling apart, room was dirty, and looked like they painted over black mold in the room, tv was real small, and fridge worked but had yellow stains all over it, looked like it was in a room that was smoked in, and not alot of security cameras outside. Stay was unpleasant.. i will not go back there.. "
