"This beautiful home was perfect for our big family vacation! We skied in Purgatory and spent time in Durango. Perfect location and there was plenty of room for all of us ranging from 4 months to 65 years old! The basement was awesome for the kids and the kitchen had everything we needed. Can’t wait to come back next year!"

"The cabin was great! The location on the river was amazing. The cabin was clean upon arrival. It is a 25 minute drive into Durango, but it’s a beautiful drive. Would stay here again. "

The place continues to be so inviting, clean, and comfortable and has the most relaxing views that I look forward to every year. We have more than enough space to spread out, and to gather by the fire table each evening on the deck. "Clean, comfortable and very cute glamping tent was the perfect place to stay in Bayfield. It was well stocked with plates, silverware, towels, etc. The nights were chilly, but they provided two electric space heaters (in addition to the heat pump) which kept it very warm and cozy inside. It did make me a little nervous though, as there were no smoke alarms in the glamping tent. I also wish there were a broom inside, as lots of debris got tracked inside over my 5 day stay. I would definitely...

"Very clean, comfortable condo, super comfy bed. 2 blocks from restauraunts and shops...we walked to really good restaurants all 4 nights of our stay. Best meal was at Chimayo...don't miss it! Owner very accessable although we had zero problems. Highly recommend. The space is much nicer than the photos portray."

"My friend and I stayed here for a week while exploring the area. We loved the atmosphere and unique layout, with the river in the back and the lovely patio area separated from the kitchen by a cool garage door. The hosts provided every kitchen convenience to cook our own meals and even a few extra treats. We would definitely stay again!"

"Our family of 4 had a simply amazing time staying at this property. The condo was great, had everything we needed, and the location was perfect. The close proximity to the pool area couldn't be beat. Our kids had an absolute blast!"

"This placed is perfectly set in the middle of downtown Durango. You can walk everywhere. The size of the condo was great for the short weekend we stayed. The negative part was that we could hear our upstairs neighbor at all times. But other than that we had a great time. "

"It was the perfect place to stay for all the national parks/monuments around Durango. The historic downtown was so picturesque. Enjoyed our stay in a lovely place. Even the all steps were bad!"
