"Overall a pleasant experience. The staff were friendly, the evening meal was good as was the breakfast. If the hotel has high occupancy the restaurant can get very busy at breakfast time, but the reception staff did warn us of this. "

"Unfortunately the hotel had some problems in the kitchen which impacted very badly on the menu for dinner, the breakfast, service (so slow) and noise. It would have been better to fix the problems before reopening or to have had the courtesy to let us know in advance what the situation was. I would have stayed somewhere else. Extremely disappointing as I’ve had lovely stays here in the past. "

"Good location surrounded by countryside. The hotel has been decorated since we last visited, which was nice to see. The rooms are a good size and comfortable. The only problem is the interconnecting door which can transmit noise. On a plus side the pool is great and we found dining in the golf clubhouse a nice change. Overall a good two night stay."

"We found the hotel perfectly dog friendly and appreciated being able to get breakfast in the large room adjoining the restaurant.The garden was good for short walks,as was Manor gardens across the road from the car park. "

It’s a dog friendly hotel and they were so nice to my dog who I brought with us. Every single person who is part of the hotel staff is so lovely, helpful and kind!!! Amazing customer service!! The breakfast and Dinners that we had at the restaurant were all so delicious!! Will come back to stay again! 10/10!!"
