"Clean room, good location "

"Excellent property with a large, comfortable, clean room. Loved the location in Townsend, the peaceful side of the Great Smokey Mountains! Access to the national park was quick and convenient. We loved our stay here and enjoyed excellent coffee at the Artistic Bean and dinners at The Abbey and Peaceful Side Social, all within walking distance from the property."

"Standard hotel, room ok. The room seemed clean enough but had a funny smell (maybe odd cleaning fluids). Beeakfast was lacklustre no fruit or yogurt, but functional."

Breakfast was put out in small amounts every day we had to ask for something, no pool towels, no cleaning until after 5, no replacement on towels, sheets were so thin I thought the pillow cases weren't on. Toilet wobbled like it wasn't set properly same with sink. The room was very clean, but walkways and common areas weren't."

"The room was clean, but the shower drain was broken and came up everytime you stepped on it, the toilet seat was not attached to the toilet, and the shower handle would come off everytime you turned the water on. I do like the contactless check in and out but it would still be nice to see someone on the property for emergencies or anything else that might come up. Overall the room was nice and the bed was super comfy."
