"The staff at this hotel were excellent! The front desk clerk was so friendly and helpful, even when we asked for the foosball equipment twice in 1 hour. We requested more towels to our room and they were delivered in less than 15 minutes, wow! The pool was perfect for my grandkids, shallow end for the little and deeper pool for the older more adventurous one. We also enjoyed the breakfast. Even though it was really busy, they kept everything well stocked and available. We would stay here again."

"I had a mixed experience during my stay at LiveAway Suites. Unfortunately, the room I was assigned had a constant loud humming noise that seemed to be coming from either the air conditioner or a ceiling vent. It made it difficult to relax and sleep, so I didn’t get the restful night I was hoping for. I let the front desk know, and the staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. They genuinely wanted to help, but they didn’t have another room available that evening. That said, I think this...

"Clean room. small item in room needed attention. Staff took my comment seriously and passed onto maintenance. I doubt cleaning staff would have noticed; not on their check list. The staff at other places Ive stayed at acted as if I was just griping about something, when in fact the issue I was pointing out was something i would have taken seriously if it had been in my own home."

"I had stayed in this Red Lion multiple times about 10-20yrs ago and it was such a lovely hotel. I think that just exacerbated my recent stay. The hotel is in such a great location but it hasn't been updated since the last time I was there. Bed was ok, I can't say it was uncomfortable but I certainly didn't look forward to it after a long day. The sheets are cheap, and while it wasn't the end of the world, there weren't any outlets on one side of the bed so you had to charge your phone...

"Room was clean and freshly remodeled. Exterior was in pretty rough shape. The steel stairs were nearly rusted through and the concrete they were attached to was spalling at the connection point. Serious safety issue that needs to be addressed immediately."
