"Great experience! We loved the outdoor pool and that it was open until midnight! The pool towels were actually big enough to wrap up in. The rooms were clean, comfortable beds, and probably the best free breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel. Also note I’m very much a picky hotel person and would definitely stay here again!"

"Maybe good for family’s who want a pool. The property was mostly run down, bed was probably 20 years old, at least it felt like it. The door to our room would not even shut unless we forced it. I would not choose to stay here again."

"We stayed two nights. The first night was prom in the area so there were teens screaming and running down the halls until after 2am when I finally fell asleep. I woke up at 4am to hear the TV playing next door. The walls were so thin that you could hear the TV, arguments and even parts of conversations. Not relaxing. The place isn't particularly well maintained, door to go out to the courtyard was broken, the Elkay water bottle filling station was broken. It looked like someone had hit it. They...

"Breakfast was not good. Over microwave premade sandwich The curtains are on auto open and close. Ours didn’t work to open and they couldn’t fix it so we couldn’t see our beautiful view. No one offered to change rooms"

"If your looking for a fun place to have fun with your kids look no further! You can enjoy their amazing pool and have a picnic at their fantastic outdoot seating area. If your kidos try and play with a nerf football your family can enjoy the hotel manager calling the cops for a special night of play! So if you want a great place to stay with these wonderful amenities, loud sirens and fantastic staff this is your place. But do keep an eye on things as the area is as great as the Bates Motel."
