"We stayed for two nights while wine tasting. Easy location to many wine tasting venues. Communication with James was excellent. Very clean and lovely view in the backyard. Location was very close to freeway which caused some issues for a few of us at night (road noise). I brought earplugs and had no issues. "

"Wow, what a spectacular home with endless views of the vineyards and hills! We thoroughly enjoyed this modern, super comfortable home that has plenty of large areas to gather both inside and out. The hosts provided every amenity you could wish for and had a fully stocked kitchen and pantry. I loved how everything was clearly labeled making it simple to navigate the expansive kitchen, lights, blinds, fireplace, fire pit, etc. The hosts responded quickly to questions we had prior to check in and...

"This house was indeed cozy! The bed were very comfy and they made sure to have lots of extra amenities. We were there on a very hot weekend and the AC units were very lovely. The home is right next to an event center so there was a night that the music next door was loud, very late. My family and I felt very safe with the security system and had a very lovely stay. We hope to stay there again! "

Location, cleanliness, communication with owner, full kitchen, and access to peaceful outdoor space by the river (filled with morning birdsong) were all beyond expectation. We further enjoyed the connection with our gracious host Gary. One of our best trips to Red Mountain yet! "

"This is our second stay and it went well. The place pet friendly, is spotless and all the amenities are great.The only difference this time was there was a person upstairs who we could clearly hear walking around and they had a small dog who barked quite a bit (but not at night thankfully) We would stay here again."

"This was our second stay at this house, and once again it didn’t disappoint. The home is clean, well-organized, and clearly well-maintained. There’s plenty of space for our two dogs to run around, which we really appreciate. The neighborhood feels very safe and quiet, with several great restaurants nearby. The hot tub is a great bonus — clean and well-kept. This has become our go-to spot when visiting family in West Richland. Highly recommend!"

"Due to miscommunication, the home was not cleaned prior to our arrival. We contacted the owner who contacted the cleaning service and after vacating the premises for a few hours, this was remedied as well as could be expected. The home was as advertised, but the backyard a safety concern if you have children in your party. The coffee pot was broken; hand towels and spoons in short supply. "

"A perfect location for a group wine tasting weekend and birthday celebration. The house had everything we needed and was the ideal space for all of our group activities. Communication was easy and we had a blast!"

"This is a beautiful home with plenty of space in a quiet/peaceful neighborhood. We enjoyed the small details—the privacy, the view of the valley, the bathrooms with the handcrafted wooden pull down flush handles. It’s perfect."
