"Great place to stay. Convenient to everything. House was nice and clean. Everything was as it was in the photos. "

"The homeowners were fantastic. The house was clean, spacious, well maintained. The sunset was viable from the front porch, and it was so colorful. I loved having coffee in the morning, sitting outside on the rocking chairs. They had four small pigs that my older kids loved feeding. I will absolutely stay here again next time we are in Springdale. "

"We came for a wedding in the area needed a place to stay that was relaxing and fun for the kids. This place has such rich history and just relaxing. Property owners were amazing and so friendly. Just what we needed."

"My husband and I had a wonderful weekend away. The property is beautiful, the views are stunning and it was so quiet and peaceful on the lake. We brought kayaks and were able to get right out on the lake from the shore. We made our meals and ate outside for every one of them. We will definitely be returning. "Great place to stay close to the stadium. King size beds in all 3 rooms and each room has own bathroom. Beds were very comfortable!"

"The house was very homey and comfortable except for the beds. It was clean and nothing was lacking. The master bedroom had a full size bed which I wasn’t expecting. However, that was my oversight and my fault for not asking. The mattress was comfortable though. The mattress in the front bedroom was not very comfortable and my daughter felt it had a “body” impression from previous use. "You never know what you are going to get when you book a home. This place exceeded our expectations. It was so perfect with little kids because there was an enclosed balcony. They allowed our dog to come, it was well stocked, and very clean. We loved the location because there was a bike path through campus!"

"6 adults ( family) stayed here for our daughters graduation from UARK. The space was great! The spacious family room was perfect for card games. The ping pong table in garage brought so much fun! "The fire pit is WONDERFUL. We had the best time together around the fire pit watching sunsets, listening to the geese and watching the birds and fat little squirrels eat. Such a beautiful area right on the water. Home had lots of room and was comfortable. Thank you for a nice stay. "

"The house was the perfect fit for our stay. We came to town for softball, and ended up spending most of our time indoors due to the storms. The property was very clean and had a perfect spot to sit outside and just listen to the rain fall. Very cozy spot and will definitely keep them in mind when looking to stay in the area again."
