"The customer service exhibited by the receptionists on our arrival and departure was par excellance The waitress who served us breakfast was v nice friendly and polite. "I loved this property. It was almost perfect as the staff was absolutely wonderful. They were so nice, especially in the restaurants. They should consider a few upgrades and have a cleaning checklist to make sure rooms are thoroughly cleaned, otherwise this was such a wonderful place."

"This was my first time visiting Breathless, and it was simply amazing! The staff was very accommodating, very professional, the selection of food was pretty good, although we never did find oxtails. The hotel itself was beautiful outside and inside, however the room did have a few quirks. For example, the fridge was not working when we first got there, but they did send someone up to switch it out. Also, they cleaned daily, which was cool and the amenities such as the pool, the gym, the beach...

The front desk staff, especially Rochelle and the other lady working with her, were always available, helpful, and incredibly kind.
