The location is also perfect; less than 10 minutes from Sangster Int'l Airport. Shoutout to Asst General Manager, Marlon, who was always nearby to answer questions and share information. "Nice location, quiet, lots of shopping, restaurants. Some units need upgrade but if you are the party Type and just want somewhere to crash|sleep this is an ideal spot. Not your 7 star experience. "

"I got to the hotel and staff had no record of reservation. I had paid ahead of time and after 2 hours I got another room which was not the room I thought I was getting. The room I got was good so it worked out OK. Management must work on being prepared to receive customers as registered. "
