"Good for a one night late stay. Probably wouldn’t recommend more than that. Property was well maintained but showing plenty signs of age. Funny smells and old aged carpet in hallways. Rooms are clean for what they are age wise, but definitely in need of a renovation. Staff was polite and helpful,"

"The room and check in staff was excellent. We were just disappointing in the breakfast. The coffee served at the restaurant was like flavored water. Almost like tea. Our food took 40 minutes to arrive even though there was only 1 other table occupied in the restaurant. We got the eggs Benedict with brisket and the meat tasted weird. Not spoiled weird but just a weird flavor that didn’t taste like brisket."

"The checkin process was very slow. ONLY one clerk meant we waited almost 30 minutes to check in."

"Very clean and comfortable room; nice staff. Breakfast buffet was what you would expect. Convenient to have a bar/cafe in the lobby and nice touch to have free cookies in the lobby in the evening. Located in sort of a strange place near the airport (out by itself) so no close food or entertainment options - but that is fine if you have a car. Was a pretty good place for the cost."

"The hotel is in historical downtown Spokane, a little hard to find the parking but we were able too, the hotel is amazing in good shape, old and high ceilings, so beautiful. Breakfast was included and there is an elevator. As a travel agent I would recommend this hotel to my clients and anyone that wants to stay in a character hotel. We will be back."

"Nice stay. Bathroom counter and mirror is small people. A full length mirror would be helpful. The lighting does not seem adequate for the room but all in all, the stay was good."

"Our room was cleaned by Leticia, and it was spotless and perfect! The bed was so comfortable, and we didn’t notice any noise from the airport nearby. The breakfast vouchers at Dennys was really nice and great food. Would stay here again!"

"I loved the restaurant on site. We were so tired and having this option was wonderful. We checked in ate and went to sleep. The girl at the deck was friendly and helpful. I didn’t get her name but see was so sweet. She has a special necklace she wears"
