"Our first room smelled kind of funky so we asked the lovely staff at the front desk about it and they moved us to a nice new perfectly nice smelling room asap! The included breakfast was nice and parking was plentiful."

"The air conditioner was very loud and when shut off still sounded like a loud windstorm. Two drinks at the pool were $38USD and then the hotel added $10 + tax for an ammenity fee. No prices posted anywhere. Not were we told there would be an additional fees added. The checkout next day I was asked if I wanted a printed receipt. I said yes but then was told I couldnt have one."

"Room was very nice and comfortable. Appreciated the temprepedic mattress topper. Also, slow clap and extra stars for supplying 3 pillows per person and 3 types of pillow. Well done. Robes, nice continental breakfast, GREEK yogurt parfait bar. AND yet another solid choice, GLASS not plastic bottles of San Pelecrino in the no host honor bar. Tiny area for improvement, great job having a bottle of still water and glasses waiting the room. Refill the bottle in the mornings or...place a pitcher...

"Very friendly and helpful staff, room did not have a fridge, was missing batteries in a remote, and a lightbulb burned out immediately. Parking was not as simple as it could be"

"The room was clean when we arrived. We stayed 4 nights and never received housekeeping services despite specifically asking for them to at least remove the trash which they did not. Finally the front desk agent came up and removed our trash herself thankfully. They only come every 3 days but skipped us entirely. It was nice to have a fridge and microwave in the room. The bed was decent but the pillows were all misshapen. One night we heard so much loud banging through the night and into the...

"This hotel has a lot of potential. Some of the Front Desk staff was super accommodating.. It’s a hotel that is figuring out its new status. The name boutique hotel is aspirational at this point, but I’m hoping that the expanded gentrified downtown reaches the hotel so that it can truly own the boutique hotel moniker."
