"Beautiful hotel, great breakfast, convenient location to lots of shops and restaurants, easy parking. Rooms were large and comfortable. Discount for the pub/restaurant downstairs was a nice bonus. Would highly recommend!"

"Nice clean rooms in a modern hotel that is connected to Heathrow Terminal 4. It is not immediately adjacent, so just be prepared to walk 10 minutes in a covered walkway before exiting out into the outside of the hotel. If you are connecting to other terminals with a lot of baggage, it may be easier to have the hotel arrange a cab."

"Very clean accommodating hotel but unfortunately in the morning there was no hot water for a shower our friends in room 611 also didn’t have hot water they did call to reception who sent someone up with 2 bottles of water……random!! When we checked out we reiterated that there was no hot water in our rooms for a shower which we obviously needed after a long day out. The receptionist was apologetic but we still feel that this was not good enough a hot water shower is essential in a hotel stay."

The temperature can not be controlled from inside the room and was set too warm for me. The reception staff adjusted this for me, but it only seemed to stay at the requested temperature for a few hours before climbing up again. This meant I couldn’t sleep, so affected my stay. "The parking and elevator system must be improved. Nothing connects and you must go through urine soaked “tunnels” to get to your car. A very clean hotel and nice once inside. But I would not ever recommend somebody stay here if they are driving in. All elevators on the garage were broken (4-5) and the ones in the hotel did not connect and also some don’t take you to street and some do. We spent most of our “leisure time” trying to figure out where to park, how to carry luggage, and trying to...
