"Room was clean and bed comfortable. No refrigerator nor microwave. Hotel was reasonably priced. It was close to the bus station and cruise port. Worked great for the night before cruising."

"Booked "dog-friendly room" (it's handy to have that description in the room information when booking as otherwise I'd ring the hotel before booking to check if dogs are ok in room we're booking, so thanks for that). Note that £30pn is charged on top of room rate for a dog. It was a premium room, so had a lounge area with tv (Disney etc) & separate bedroom area. All very clean and comfy. Keiran was very welcoming on reception and offered to book us in for breakfast. We arrived late and no food...

"Le personnel très attentionné et la situation géographique tant pour visiter que pour la gare de train. Le petit déjeuner est bien. Le lit (matelas et oreiller) ont besoin d'être renouvelés. Pas de climatisation et un seul petit ventilateur. À cette période c'est OK mais je ne voudrais pas y séjourner l'été."

"this is a small boutique hotel that doesn’t really have any amenities that I’m aware of. However, because the hotel is a straightforward boutique and Restaurant, the staff really shines, and they were wonderful. We booked several rooms for a wedding party and it worked out super well. I saw only one real downside to the hotel and that is the number of steps required to get around, so if you are older or emo, this hotel could be very difficult for you as there are no lifts. "The room was nice, the bathroom was tiny, but clean. Barely enough room for once person. Good tea and coffee facilities. The room was not good value due to the inflated price as it was a Take That concert, but overall it was a nice hotel. It was an easy 30 minutes walk to the St. Mary’s Stadium for the concert. The carpark at the hotel was good, £20 for 24 hours, which was ok."

"IT was a fine place, but a disaster with the patron laundry, as it flooded and didn't work and took me hours to get one wash cycle done, I asked for a comp breakfast to make up for it, and they did not oblige. Kind of uncool."

"Staff were friendly and welcoming on arrival and lovely to speak to throughout our short stay. The hotel is immaculately kept and tastefully furnished. Our room was spacious (family room with a queen bed and bunk beds for our 2 children was a dream for them) and had great amenities. Bathroom was clean and basic toiletries were supplied along with shaving and dental kits. Enjoyed our short stay and would highly recommned."
