"Outstanding and caring service"

"Very nice and clean hotel with helpful and friendly staff. The only negative was that the rooms were not very soundproof and people talking in the hallway and tv in next room were loud and disturbing. I really enjoyed the morning coffee and outside sitting area and beautiful pool. The outdoor bar made excellent cocktails! Would stay here again."

"The room was beautiful just as it had been pictured. There was convenient access to the beach a beautiful pool that was nice and clean and a really nice hot tub. The air conditioner worked well. It was the perfect location for walking to restaurants and shops. The staff for the most part were friendly and helpful. I would stay there again"

"Booked hotel room here for a king bed and beach view and couldn't have been more disappointed The room #109 was an end unit in the split-level basement. You actually had to exit into the stairwell to access it. I don't think it was originally meant to be a room to sleep in. It looked like a jail cell and smelled of mold. I think the pictures provided in the listing online are actually the sister hotel across the street. The room I was given looked nothing like what I signed up for. The bathroom...

"Room was outdated. Broken floor tiles. Freezer/fridge leaked from ice buildup in freezer. Needed painted. Other roo.s had been updated but this one I guess had yet to be done. Great view on oceanside though."

"Overall we are happy with our stay and would return. For the price it’s a decent place in a great location. The staff are helpful and friendly. The rooms are updated and spacious. Beds are comfy. The air in the lobby was not working but our floor and room were nice and cool. The pool was large but cloudy, and smaller pool was out of order during our stay. We arrived 2 hours after check in and It did take awhile to get into our room due to no rooms being clean. A couple of things were left out...

"I wish the hot tub would have worked"

"I killed 4 roaches in my room during my stay. The staff were very nice, but the property is run down. My kitchen area was a formica table and chairs, and microwave sitting atop a mini fridge. No sink! Also, I found a piece of broken glass beside my bed. I’m just thankful that I didn’t cut my foot!!! It was I could find at the time, but never again."

"Before I ever got there they called me to say the suite I booked wasn’t available and said we would have to stay in 2 separate rooms for a night. 1 room didn’t have air. Couldn’t get towels for hours. Smelled marijuana continuously. Toilet wouldn’t flush. Water went off in entire building. Smelled of urine at elevator. Pool was dirty. Needs some renovations. "First room, beach side door didnt work at all. Put us in different room and beach door worked from inside only key would not let you back in so we had to walk all the way around or leave door open if we went out to beach. We had a water drain off right in front of room so every time it rained it flooded right in front of our door tracking water into room. Only had 2 towels for 4 guest and had to return them in order to get new ones. Wasn't the end of the world but for what I spent I thought it...
