"Owners were very friendly. Room was cleaned each day, parking in front of room, beds comfortable and great breakfast restaurant next door. We did have some issues with the tub not draining during showers, but it was survivable. Would stay here again."

"We mostly enjoyed our stay at the property. We have a family of 6 and the 2 bedroom condo was very sufficient. The room was clean and had plenty of linens. They provide all kitchen needed items for cooking and cleaning. That was nice! The bed in the master bedroom however was extremely uncomfortable. It needs to be replaced, as it sank in the middle. The beach access was closed which will be super convenient if its repaired. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and plan to return."

"Pool area and kiddy splash pool were fun. Drinks and food allowed in pool area made it convenient. Staff was friendly and knowledgable."

"We take an annual vacation every year to Perrys! It is always so family friendly and has an inviting atmosphere. Our favorite this in the activities center for the kids, this year we did tie dye shirts!"

"Pool was good , elevators were slow and one ended up needing service . So with only one working elevator for 10 floors of people was a little annoying . 50 dollars to rent beach chairs and umbrella a day . "

"Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay! There are definitely evident improvements/updates that need attention (only 1 working elevator, some cosmetic touch ups on the outside would be nice, the outside tiki bar is under construction for now, and several/most of the lounge chairs by the pool are broken). The deck area of the pool is kept clean, so that area was nice. My biggest complaint would be that no one was monitoring whether or not people using the pool and surrounding areas were wearing...

"Very convinient and safe property, most of the things to to with kids is in walking distance, love the ocean view from my room,apartment had everything i needed to get by, washer and dryer in the apartment was huge plus. Kids loved the swimming pools, lazy river and water slide, looking forward to visit same property next year"
