"The staff are all incredible and it's a gorgeous hotel. The only thing to note is that most of the rooms face the main road which was noisy even for us Londoners accustomed to using earplugs. We didn't ask to move since we only stayed two nights so maybe there are some quieter rooms - but it did look like they're all on the same side of the hotel. "You need booking code from hotel.com to key into the auto check in system under argoda. I have to call the help center via local roaming to get the code. No watsapp available for call center. Mattress was hard but for the price, i hope all these can be better."

"Love the location of the property, away from main road and set back, not far from Brinchang town. Beautiful property ground, love our room facing the mountain! Staff was very friendly. Service and food at The Lantern Chinese restaurant was very good. Breakfast buffer was good but could improve with more rotation of different varieties of food. We stayed 3 nights and breakfast quickly became very repitative."

"Cheap hotel, so services are understandably not great. Hot water, shampoo shower gel, hair dryer, tv, fan available in room and water dispenser available on every floor. Have to pay refundable 50MYR deposit for keycard. Convenient location with nice restaurants, eateries, street food and convenience stores nearby. No complaints."

"This propery owner/ incharge very nice and very humble, cooperative man, everything was clean, hot water, fan, kitchen items, clean rooms, bed and bed sheets were cleaned and very good environment. No need to bring anything just come and stay here like it's your own house. I will recommend to everyone "
