"Was there for a baseball tournament. Had to immediately change rooms due to the bed strongly smelling of urine. Staff didn’t even apologize. Just gave me the new room key and sent me on my way. The pool is small. People who were not hotel guests were following guests in after unlocking the doors and staying for the day and letting their families in. "This was by far the worst hotel experience from start to finish. The pictures online did NOT match the hotel we pulled up to. At check-in, the staff member could not have been any less welcoming. The room was extremely filthy. We had bugs crawling ON the bed comfortable as well as the walls. We could not take our shoes off due to the dirtiness of the floor. There was a baseball team staying at the hotel- the kids were running around outside, around the floors, in the rooms, etc until 10:15pm....
