"The hotel is in an older part of the city, so the surrounding streets were not so well maintained (darker, dirtier, more run-down). The hotel itself is well-maintained and clean. There is a laundry room, free to use. Breakfast has a good variety of food."

Only inconvenience is that it has only one washer and one dryer in the laundry room. Overall it’s a great value hotel."

"I stayed at this hotel during the Canton Fair. They haven't bus service that takes you from the hotel to the fair. It is about a 45 minute drive so it's not close to the fair area. As far as the location off this hotel it is about 20 minute walk from Beijing Street which is a very nice walking area near the Buddha temple. This hotel has some nice traditional monuments around that one can walk to. The hotel is spread out so rooms can be in different buildings. My room was in a different building...

"I chose this hotel for three reasons, it was in the old town, it had a shuttle to the Canton fair, and the rooms had kitchens. I was staying for a long time and I wanted to be able to cook for myself. When I got to the room, it had a kitchen with a nice dishwasher, but nothing to cook with or eat with so there’s no point to they’re being a kitchen. It isn’t a nice location with an old town. "It’s not bad for what you pay for. To check in you need to go to the 9th floor room 918. This is the Chinese address of the hotel: 广州市越秀区解放中路459号明月豪庭9楼908房. Room is very spacious and comfortable, there are some shops around the area and a subway stations."
