"The exterior looks older but the interior appears to have been newly remodeled. The rooms are nice, modern and clean. Subway is right outside the door. Really nice Mall across the street. Only inconvenience is that it has only one washer and one dryer in the laundry room. Overall it’s a great value hotel."

"這間在上下九步行街的酒店購物用膳都非常方便，廣州酒家、陶陶居、蓮香樓三大茶樓都是步行幾分鐘便到，去永慶坊亦很近。這次來廣州旅遊首次入住VOCO酒店，大堂空間感很大，顏色配搭亦很時尚。有自動餐餐廳、咖啡廳、中菜廳，我們今次入住兩間房一間是家庭套房一間是普通房，家庭套房設計非常美麗，房間很新，床舖亦很乾淨，當晚天氣不好，晚上睡覺有雷聲，但隔音做得非常出色，聽到很少的聲音不會被吵醒。頂樓有健身室及泳池，健身器材很多元化，稍嫌泳池儲物櫃不足。酒店職員亦很殷勤有禮，服務員制服很有度假感覺，其中服務員Eden Yang樂於解答我們問題，非常感謝他，這間酒店我們下次來廣州亦會再次入住。"

"I stayed at this hotel during the Canton Fair. They haven't bus service that takes you from the hotel to the fair. It is about a 45 minute drive so it's not close to the fair area. As far as the location off this hotel it is about 20 minute walk from Beijing Street which is a very nice walking area near the Buddha temple. This hotel has some nice traditional monuments around that one can walk to. The hotel is spread out so rooms can be in different buildings. My room was in a different building...

"Good value, centrally located with easy access to everything from transport to restaurants, pharmacies etc. staff was extremely helpful. Rooms could use some updating, laundry situation needs some addressing, dryers barely worked, took hours to get laundry done. "

"I chose this hotel for three reasons, it was in the old town, it had a shuttle to the Canton fair, and the rooms had kitchens. I was staying for a long time and I wanted to be able to cook for myself. When I got to the room, it had a kitchen with a nice dishwasher, but nothing to cook with or eat with so there’s no point to they’re being a kitchen. It isn’t a nice location with an old town.
