Saratoga Oceanview House w/ Rooftop Deck
Beautiful Ocean View Home with Rooftop Deck located a few blocks from the beach, monarch butterfly trails, and local dining and shops. Go on a walk and you may end up at recently renovated Pismo Beach Pier, can definitely have your toes in the sand and will find lots of great dining or rooftop bars to enjoy along the way. Completed in 2022, this NEW Home offers a contemporary beach vibe along with all the comforts of home, creating the perfect beach getaway.
If you would rather stay at home, our stocked kitchen has you covered and you can also grill and dine outside on the 2nd floor patio and or head up to the Rooftop to take in the sun rays and beautiful ocean views. During sunset be sure to light the gas firepit on the rooftop and enjoy the amazing views in one of the many comfortable seats available.
This 2,000 SQ FT home will allow you to spread out and get comfortable, features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bath, large (open) living room, main floor den, 2nd story outdoor patio with grill and dining table, large open kitchen and island, large rooftop deck and has been professionally designed to provide seamless indoor / outdoor living and enjoyment. While the 2 car attached garage is a great place for parking your toys.
Downstairs: Upon entry you find the Entry/Den with a 55" tv, convertible sofa for an extra bed and a desk in case you need to check in with work. On the left there is a Hallway that leads to the attached Garage, Laundry Room and 3 Bedrooms and 2 Baths. Bedroom 2 is an en-suite and has a Queen Bed with attached bathroom (w/ large shower) as well as a personal exit to the backyard. Bedroom 3 has a Queen Bed. Bedroom 4 has Two Twin Beds. In between is a shared bathroom with Tub/Shower combo and large vanity.
Upstairs: Features an open layout with a large Livingroom, Dining and Kitchen with expansive windows and natural light. The Livingroom features 2 large sofas, two ottomans, a 65" TV and SONOS sound system to ensure you enjoy movie night. There is a powder bath located right next to the kitchen for convenience too. The 2nd level patio has a Weber Gas Grill, and a Table w/ seating for 8 and dining outdoors. The 2nd level Primary Suite has a King bed with a large walk in closet as well as a large 5PC bathroom with large dual sink vanity, and separate walk in shower and soaker tub.
Roof Deck: The glass door in the kitchen leads up the stairs to the 3rd story Roof Deck with gorgeous ocean views. During the days catch some sun rays while relaxing in one of the loungers. In the evening, take a seat in one of the many comfortable options and enjoy a glass or wine or cup of cocoa by fireplace.
Storage & Amenities: Each closet features large custom slide out basket drawers and ample coat hangers so you can unpack comfortably. All beds feature a bedside table with lamp and outlets or extension cord nearby for convenient device charging. Mesh Wi-Fi with coverage throughout the home (including rooftop). Stocked kitchen with stainless cookware, fridge with dual ice makers, food and beverage service for 12 and plenty of storage.
Garage: There is a second fridge in the garage for families that need a lot of room for food and prefer to spend less time grocery shopping! The garage fits 2 cars and there is a dedicated parking space near the front door too, it will be clearly marked and do not park in driveway as it is SHARED with others.
Outdoors: In addition to the 2nd level patio and rooftop deck, There is a small private backyard that is accessible for guests via the gate on the left of the house or through the sliding glass door in the downstairs suite.
Guest Access: Access the house through a smart lock on the front door. The code will be sent before you arrive. The garage fits 2 cars, with one additional marked off-street parking spot in front of the house, please do NOT park in the driveway blocking other residences.
Guests are able to access anything besides the locked pantry and a cabinet in the garage.

We had our family at the house over the Thanksgiving holiday. That’s 6 adults and 3 kids ages 11 (boy) and girls (both 8). The house sleeps 8 comfortably but our grandson opted for an inflatable mattress instead of the fold out downstairs. The house could use some curtains or blinds in the upstairs living area. There is lots of glass and the sun can be blinding. But overall, the house is comfortable, orderly and everything works. The host was very responsive.

Gorgeous beach house, everything as described! Fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds, and immaculate throughout. The EV charger in the garage was a huge plus! Quiet, peaceful neighborhood that’s walkable to the beach and downtown Grover Beach restaurants. We’ll be back!

Great location
The home was airy, comfy, and spacious enough for a family of 8. We did a lot of cooking and the kitchen amenities were sufficient. Having three and a half bathrooms was great. The rooftop space was awesome and a great place to see the ocean and sunset. We will definitely rent here again!

Wonderful family stay
We had a lovely stay at this property for our niece's wedding in SLO. Very walkable to the Pismo Pier and downtown Grover Beach. Katarina was so responsive to questions and requests...she made the whole process very simple and was wonderful to work with.

Great place, looks brand new, came to work the Pismo Classic Car show and was happy the house was only 5 mins from Pismo pier.

We had 4 wonderful nights in this beautiful home. We (3 couples) enjoyed every aspect of our experience. Amazing view from our roof deck, lovely furnishings in this home, perfect weather….everything we could ask for. Any questions we had were answered quickly by Kat, we were very appreciative. I was lucky enough to stay in the master suite and the bed (and duvet) were very comfortable. Definitely would recommend!!

Lovely Home with All Amenities
We stayed in this beautiful three-story home for our Daughter's college (Master's) graduation. It had a fully equipped kitchen, well furnished roof terrace, and plenty of room for our three generations of family members, including a downstairs en-suite so Grandma didn't have to share a bathroom with grandkids.
The host was very specific about check-in/out and gracious enough to reach out to us to make sure our stay was going well. The Location is easy to get to and had a wonderful view.

Lovely place and so well equipped
Such a nice place. Comfortable and clean- it felt brand new! It was well equipped for enjoying time with friends and family. There’s a gas grill, a rooftop fire pit and plenty of supplies to enjoy a lovely stay in Grover Beach. It’s a short walk to downtown restaurants and coffee. The beautiful beach is about a 10-15 minute walk. (You do have to cross a fairly busy road but very doable- just a note for families with kids) We visited San Luis Obispo, wine tasting in Paso Robles and a short drive (5min) to Pismo Beach which was a big favorite for restaurants. All in all it was a great visit and a good way to visit the beach and surrounding areas

Perfect Location for our Pismo/Grover Beach Visit
There is quite a bit to love about our stay at this Grover Beach property!
The home is beautifully set up. The three downstairs bedrooms are roomy, clean and comfortable. The upstairs master bedroom and bathroom are spacious and the bed is very comfortable. (Kids downstairs. Mom and Dad upstairs!)
The living area is upstairs with a great open floor plan. The living area flows into a dining area which flows into a large and well equipped kitchen with very nice appliances. There was plenty of space for lounging, game playing, cooking and dining.
The coolest part of the home may be the upstairs patio. We spent an evening up there staying warm by the fire pit and watching the sunset.
The location is centrally located. We could easily walk down to Grand Avenue and visit assorted restaurants then wander over to Oceano Dunes Natural Reserve.
By car we were only minutes from ATV rentals at Pismo, the Monarch Butterfly Grove and Pismo Beach Pier.
For a relaxing and quality residence, this is a great choice!
