"We loved everything about this property. Location, proximity to the beach and shops downtown Venice. The pool was great with excellent water views. We also rented e bikes right from the front desk. To top it off we got a check in Matia! We will be back for sure"

"Ligging is goed. Tussen het strand en de straat met restaurantjes in. Beiden makkelijk te lopen. Veilig gevoel in de buurt. Kamers zijn prima. Fijn dat er een keukentje in zit en grote koelkast. Zwembad is groot genoeg met ligbedden. Je kan allerlei strandspullen gebruiken van het hotel. Aardige eigenaar. Er zijn zoals je in andere recensies leest idd regels, maar niks extreem. Gewone fatsoensnormen lijkt mij. Fijn verblijf gehad. Zou zeker terug gaan. "

"We came down on family vaca with the kids and grandkids. We needed a larger home, and this fit our group perfectly. The kids all enjoyed the pool quite frequently. I enjoyed its close proximity to my favorite beaches. The beds were all comfortable and the home had beach towels which we didn't see in the listing but were available along with chairs, toys etc. Plenty of parking as well. "House is lovely & spacious. I would give a higher rating were it not for our initial interaction with the central management company. Upon arrival the pool heat was 72. Per the contract, in April it should be 80 degrees. The weekend management company staff were very uncooperative, stating we would have to pay for them to turn the heat to 80. They also stated a repair person would come on Sunday to correct additional issues. No one came. On Monday, the local staff immediately addressed...
