Open your front door to find a beautiful white sand beach with warm, gulf coast waters waiting for you. Sunsets on this beach are unbelievable!

This unique property has access to gulf coast beaches on one side and placid bay water on the other. Enjoy beautiful morning sunrises on the bay side with manatees and dolphins often joining you for your morning coffee, or enjoy the bay for fishing, kayaking or utilizing the swimming pool or available dock slips. Then spend your evenings on the beach side experiencing the world-class sunsets! Manasota Key sunsets are true events worth planning your day around.

This property is in easy walking distance to great beachfront restaurants with live music most every night, yet just far enough away to enjoy peace and tranquility with nothing but the sound of waves while you sit in your rocking chair. Relaxation at its finest!

This clean, safe, and updated condo (#1631337) can be rented in conjunction with the condo next door (#1606458) for traveling companions who want to travel together but carve out some privacy as well.

### Review for Pat and Jack on VRBO Our stay at Pat and Jack's place was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how well-equipped the unit was. It had everything we needed—chairs, umbrellas, a fully stocked kitchen, utensils, sunscreen, bug spray, and even towels. The beach is just steps away, making it super convenient for daily visits. We were lucky enough to see dolphins and manatees right from the shore, plus we had a great time hunting for shark teeth and shells! There are also plenty of great restaurants nearby, so dining out was a breeze. What really set this stay apart was Pat and Jack themselves. They are truly wonderful people who go above and beyond to ensure their guests feel welcome. Any questions we had were answered in a timely manner, and their kindness made our experience even better. I can't say enough good things about this place! We can't wait to come back for another amazing vacation. A solid 10 out of 10 stay! Thank you again for making our summer unforgettable!

Perfect location

We were in the area specifically to find sharks teeth and this was a great location for it. The beach was literally right out the front door and we did find several teeth at the beach here! Our neighbor found several just walking around the parking lot! The place was clean and had chairs/umbrella/cooler provided so whether you stayed on this beach or decided to drive to any other nearby beaches you would have everything you needed for a great day! We drove up to Manasota beach as well to look for teeth and found even more teeth there! This was a great spot to base yourself while you explore all the nearby beaches known for sharks teeth! The space was clean and cute! We really enjoyed sitting in the rocking chairs on the porch each evening to watch the sunset! The host was super friendly and very quick to respond at any point from the booking process all the way through or stay! We definitely hope to be able to book here again in future!

Wonderful getaway

Excellent place for two on the Gulf of America. Nice quaint condo on the beach with wonderful opportunities for gorgeous sunsets, weather pending of course. Plenty of shells and sharks teeth to be found on the beach even in the off months. Look forward to visiting this rental again

Great stay - access and convenience being directly on the beach and short walk to the bay was really nice. Hosts Pat & Jack provided everything we needed - plenty of space and comfortable and clean. Super view out the living room window. Our 2nd time and we’ll be back.

Condo on the beach

Excellent beach location.Plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas. Swam or floated in the ocean every day. Beach usually had about 6 to ten people on it plenty of room to relax. Everyone friendly and quiet at nite! We are older so this was great! Condo itself clean and comfortable with walkin shower. AND VERY ERLL EQUIPPEDGood aircon superb ocean view

Chill Little Getaway

We stayed for 4 breathtaking sunsets right on the gulf side in Manasota. We could tell the landscaping was freshly done and well cared for. The unit of this condo was emaculately furnished with all the ne complete with all necessities

Beachfront in Englewood

Highly recommend this location for beach lovers. You’re 2 steps from the sand. Also walking distance to several great restaurants with outdoor dining. The only complaint was lack of good beach chairs as we can’t travel with those. Should be automatic to include them. I’d also recommend an outdoor shower or hose to eliminate a lot of the sand.

A real gem!

This is a great little place right in the middle of a beautiful key. The area is quiet, the beach is amazing, and there was a great mix of snowbirds, families, and couples wandering about every day. Everyone was friendly and happy.Manasota was devastated by the hurricanes and the repairs are ongoing. It's clearly been a struggle for the residents and property owners. The restaurants and shops were open and happy to have customers!The unit was renovated and the owners are working hard to make sure the property shows very well. It was a very comfortable place tucked away. The sunsets are incredible and you can enjoy them right on the covered porch. This is truly a "right on the beach" place!

Amazing location!

We had the greatest little getaway here! The place was clean and stocked with everything we needed, including beach supplies. It was awesome to walk directly onto the beach :) We can’t wait to come back!

Pat was honest and handled our situation well!

So it was immediately after Hurricane Helene. Pat kept us updated as we were on the road to the property. The day before we were to arrive Pat called and said option A was out and option B would have too much water. So she refunded all our money including the VRBO fee. Excellent and honest host.

Great location

Great location. Was clean and comfortable. The only recommendation for improvement would be to get some new pillows. They were very worn and flat. Also, blackout curtains in the bedroom would be wonderful as the red safety-porch lighting wasn’t blocked by the blinds. Definitely a great value though.

We had a great time - the location, right on the gulf and a short walk in HOA property across the street to lemon bay, was excellent The condo had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable, and was a nice quiet place to enjoy our stay. We hope to return at some point.

Right on the beach!!

You can’t get any closer to the beach!! Very clean and updated. Lots of beach gear to use. Kitchen had everything you need to cook. Bed was comfortable. The only problems we had was the red outdoor light shining in the bedroom window. There is a window blind but a curtain would do the trick. You can hear the people walking around upstairs so you won’t need an alarm clock. The bathroom could use an exhaust fan as it gets very humid and steamy in there when taking a shower. Still had a wonderful stay!!!
