"We booked it on the Expedia app and it was not as the pictures showed. Didn’t check in but looked at the room. It wasn’t what we wanted plus several homeless people were badgering my son in the parking lot while he waited with the truck.The lady at the front desk stated she couldn’t refund the money because it had to come back from Expedia. Rebooked another room a few miles away. Tried calling Expedia and cannot get a return call or a real person on the phone. Called hotel again the next morning...

"Every time I went to Starbucks for something I was unformed either the staff was not there or they were all these occasions occurred well before 4PM. The young Hispanic girl who working could not help me and spoke very little English."

"The property was just so-so. Our room wasn't as clean as it could be. Dirt on the floors and in the cracks and corners. We had to ask for towels. Most of the staff appeared to be put off by simple requests, like towels. We won't be staying at this location again. Sorry"

"Staff was courteous . Physical building needs updating and maintenance.Our room didn’t have the toilet rod to hold the toilet paper. We asked for one and was told maintenance would remedy it the next day. Went all weekend with the toilet paper on the counter. Walking down the hall the picture that covers the utilities was hanging open unable to close. Overall this hotel is tired and needs a make over and attention. It is in a convenient location but I doubt I’ll be staying there again."

"The heat didn't work. The light fell out of the bathroom ceiling. It didn't seem like they cleaned it between guest. Stains on the bed and dead bugs in the floor and on the wall. The neighborhood wasn't the best and people were smoking on the balcony right outside of the room. Checked out early and will never stay again."

"The staff at check-in was on a phone call the entire time while we checked in. The room had a smoke-like smell for a non-smoking room. The shower/bathtub was dirty-looking. The tv and fridge were plugged into a power strip that had to be stretched and plugged into the wall upon us getting into the room."
