"I usually stay here when I come back home. Staff won’t ever let me check in early. Barely even under 30mins early. One of the two elevators is usually broken. One of the 2 sides doors on each side of the building is usually broken. Parking isn’t enough sometimes for the visitors. Staff is ok definitely don’t go out their way to be nice. I started staying somewhere else. Around the corner. Room better and staff way more nicer. Like I’m paying you haven’t given me nothing for free. So why so mean."

"Not impressed with this place. They charge my card $100 which was the only money I had to buy food and Uber. Fortunately I had some available credit on a credit card or I would have been completely screwed and not able to get home or eat. The rooms have very minimal stuff in them. The pool was incredibly underwhelming. It seems like a big bar drinking scene. I wasn't into that at all. People in the Halls coming home from the bar late being noisy"

"I normally stay at the Edgewood, MD location, but it was all booked, so after searching, I decided to book here. After driving 6 hrs in traffic I arrive to check in only to find out the elevator is broken. Too late to book somewhere else on such short notice so I have No choice but to stay. My room is on the 4th Floor! I now have to hike up 4 flights after unpacking my car. I enter the room and it smell like mildew. There is like a musky hot steamy feeling. Like everything feels damp. "It took 2 phone calls and 5 hours to get clean towels; our room was not cleaned during our two night stay (garbage filled up and wet towels remained piled); shower curtain rod was broken and kept flipping upside down (because it was curved, the curtain would not close when it was upside down).
