"I picked this hotel as it was reasonably priced and it seemed close to the Co Op Arena as I was attending a concert there. The member of staff who checked me in was so lovely and she accommodated my request for a quiet room as I’m a light sleeper. She put me on the top floor in the corner and it was very quiet. "Staff, reception, chamberstaff, dining, very helpfull & attentive. Room was spotlessly clean, but had two issues. Room had a portion of ceiling dropped to 6 feet near bed, this was a King room, so not acceptable as would injure head. "Adequate hotel stay. I booked the hotel room for 2 people yet there was only 1 bottle of water and only 1 breakfast teabag.
