"Clean and modern"

"Hotel was okay. They did not voluntarily clean your rooms everyday. You had to ask for your room to be cleaned. Breakfast was good. Staff was nice. The hotel is walking distance to many places which is good. I guess you pay for what you were getting. The water was initially not getting hot but I told them about it and it improved. "

"The staff are incredibly friendly here. The pool was unfortunately on the busy side and the water temperature is way too cold. The room was beautiful. Perfect location & sound proof. Breakfast - menu service & excellent choice. 10/10"

"Wood and tile floors were swept but not mopped and looked dirty. Hot tub was out for service. It would have been nice to have paper towels in the kitchen and tissues in the bathroom Only one hand towel was included to dry the dishes. Toilet paper was only disposable paper that was ised. "

"Parking very easy till we booked in and were asked to pay £14, this was not mentioned on the hotel advert with Expedia nor on the email confirming the booking. After some debate with reception the guy borrowed our phone to show us where it was, not under this hotel but scrolled down another half dozen pages and showed us it the parking charges in the general terms and conditions, while scrolling saw the booking charge had dropped by £20, so suggested they took the parking charge out of this,...

"Cleaning in the rooms was only surface-level. The chair in the room has a previous guest's spillage. The curtains were dirty, and the bed sheet had holes in it. The location was ideal."

"Arrived late at night and had trouble finding a car park space. Access around the building is one way but to exit you have to go through a locked gate and you need a code - as a guest who has just arrived you don't have this info. I called the hotel 3 times whilst stuck at the gate and no one answered. Luckily a guest walked past and gave me the code. Went around again but this time went in the multistorey up a level. Be warned this car park is VERY TIGHT and not all cars are parked well. When...

"Left too early for breakfast, bar crowded"

"Breakfast was terrible both days bacon and sausages overcooked and poor quality eggs were bland tasteless and watery mushrooms tasteless and limp Beans lukewarm Coffee adequate it was a bad experience not recommended staff were also sullen and did not react well when asked for refills"

"Spotless clean room very polite staff drinks not over priced Only fault is the doors to rooms get slammed shut very loud not the hotels problem tho guest need to be a little bit more careful and think of others"

"The breakfast was not a buffet but freshly made tomorrow from the kitchen which was wonderful and it was great. Did not use the pool . The bathroom is a cramped and would be for two adults. Parking is also not free so something to bare in mind."
