"Let’s just say, maybe I was the one who didn’t know what I was getting into. I usually do I deep dive in reading reviews but o was short on time.
So I’m guessing this property is also a short-term rental property, they also do daily rates. I was new to the area and just needed somewhere overnight for a quick airport pickup the next morning.
It was $117 for the night on Expedia, so I was at least expecting maybe a comfort suite vibes… noooo… the room smelled like cigarettes mixed with dirty...

"This is nothing compared to the pictures and the description of the hotel. Room was ok, seems a little bit cleaned but the smell was particular. The supposed breakfast was only waffle and bread and there was coffe. The breakfast area is literally 3 little tables with few chairs. I would never stay there again. For this price of 140 dollars I expected a lot more. The parking seemed safe tho and in the area there are places close to the hotel that you can eat, there chipotle, ihop, chick fill A,...

"Nice, simple, affordable room. We were in the area for an overnight stay and this fit what we needed. It was a little further than I realized from where we were for our visit but that was my fault. With all said it was still worth the extra drive. We will be going back to the area again and this will be the place I check first."

"I thought Virginia was supposed to be a Southern state but Southern hospitality was missing at this place. Perhaps they just had a dry sense of humor. While the location is convenient, the hotel could use some updating. The breakfast was lacking and they only clean rooms every three days. I think I'll stay elsewhere."

"Noisy traffic, people banging on doors after midnight. Toilet needs caulking so to give it a cleaner look. Dark carpet gives it a dirty feel. Bulbs dont give enough light and good cover for any bugs. Roach stickers on wall to confirm other travelers that bugs are present.
