"We loved our 2 day stay. The showered was great. The restaurant staff, room staff and check in were great. We loved the hospitality of the cooks and servers in all 3 restaurants. The ceiling in the room leaked from A/C. The only incident that put a damper was one of the front staff rudely told my young daughter who was taking a call in the lobby and had her foot touch the chair in front (not fully placed) to sit well as it is the lobby. I wonder if they share the same concerns with the men...

"I did not like the curtain in the shower. There is too much gap between the curtain and the floor leading too much spill over of shower water. Shower space too narrow. The top shower is directly spraying water directly on the head as soon as one operates."

"From the very beginning, I have had excellent communication with the team. The members of staff at the reception and in the kitchen were friendly and cooperative. Rooms are clean and come with basic amentities. The location was perfect for my purpose."

"Room Floor needs to be sweep. Stains are sticking to barefoot. Food delivery to room service is very late. It took almost one hour to deliver the lunch. after getting food one hour late, I requested room service boy for tomato sauce, I didn't came even I waited for half hour. Then I called receptions to delivery tomato sauce, he said it will delivered by 5 minutes. however it is not delivered. I checked out the room."

"Like everything except I wasn’t able to connect my laptop to WiFi . My laptop is connected to us servers via vpn and didn’t work but works at my home . For a business class type of hotel expected better connectivity"
