"We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, the room was clean and comfortable. The view of the marina from our balcony was appreciated. Parking structure opposite the hotel is gated and secure, but we found out there is an additional parking fee charged to the guests for using it. There were no water bottles in our room! You can order some from room service at four times the cost or bring your own."

"Great service! Very clean! My only issue was that when the people in the rooms around you turned the water on for a shower or a bath is was REALLY loud! Really loud. It actually woke me up from a deep sleep when someone nearby turned the water on for a shower. And it was loud for the entirety of the shower. It was bad enough that I would think twice before staying there again."

"We were in Victoria for medical reasons and this hotel was very convenient to Victoria General Hospital. Great staff, live music in the pub if that's your thing. The only real negative was the lack of an elevator."

"Awesome location and huge loft room. Kitchen was handy for quick meals. The decor is dated but does the trick. Street noise from the pub can be a bit noisy but that's to be expected. Would stay again!"
