"All in all the resort was clean and tidy. The staff was great. The pool and hot tub were excellent. However, we were confused about why the steam sauna and cold plunge are only available if you book them for a charge with the spa...
The 1st evening we went down for a dip it was all open. There were no signs about having to "reserve" these amenities. So we used them for a short time. The next day there were signs on the door of the sauna saying "reserved".
Kind of lame to be in a nice resort and...

"The property and amenities and staff are always excellent. One thing that did surprise me were the glasses in the room. The first day, they were broken and were replaced by another set of broken glasses. Perhaps they didn't look very closely but I was surprised. Thank goodness I looked as the second set were hard to discern the cut at the lip of the glass.
Attention to details matter."
