"Understand that It Is the middle august period but the price was really High for what i got. A small apartment with no air conditioned, a very small TV with few channels, second floor without lift.
More than this i felt not satisfied for other details: i booked for 3 people (2 adulti+1 child) but the room was equipped two forks, the table only two chairs,
Boiling machine and coffee machine were full of water from the previous guests' uses and i also saw a cockroach in the room.
Details that...

"Hotel is very near train, bus, and tram station, with convenient grocery store in the train station. The room was clean, comfortable, with two twin beds, and a cocoon chair. Front desk staff was excellent and we were given apples and a bottle of water for the room. The breakfast buffet was lovely, and we were given access to free transportation for city tram and buses. There are a variety of restaurants closeby and easy access to Old Town."

"Rev
Good sides first: Staff are very, very friendly. Breakfast is rich, but of mediocre quality.
Bad sides: Rooms are not small - they are very very tiny and dark. Claustrophobicly tiny, actually. We’ve stayed in far cheaper hotels - but this has been the most tiny room we’ve ever seen anywhere. The Rooms aren’t insulated well, you will hear neighbors from next room talking, coughing and using the toilet. The outside surroundings as well (street traffic). The rooms aren’t heated properly, we...

"Whilst the hotel was in a great location, right over the road from Mirabell Gardens we were disappointed on arrival to find that:
1) The exterior of the hotel was having significant work carried out which meant that the whole front end was covered in scaffolding. There was also construction noise in the mornings.
2) We paid for an upgraded room with ‘City View’ which we did not receive. We got a view of the rear of another building. The hotel is a non contact type and we messaged to complain...

"So the hotel room was nice and rooms were clean and well maintained. The location was only a few minutes away from the best sites in Salzburg and close to the train station so the location was great. Once I got to my room
The biggest thing to note though is it is more of a remote style hotel, which is fine if you are expecting it. But do be aware that the expectation is to check in remotely, ( as early as 8-9 pm when I got there). So if you book this hotel, I would suggest following up...
