"Master Mirabell has a GREAT location. We were so close to the Mirabell gardens, palace and easy to get to other areas. The hotel is more like a long term stay sort of arrangement with a washer/dryer in the lower level and kitchenettes in the rooms. The a/c didn't work well in one of our rooms, communication with the host was great and they offered fans to help cool things down. To be fair, it was in the mid 90s and very hot so not surprising that a/c wasn't keeping up.

"The room is clean but the cleaness of kitchenware and washroom need to be improved. The air circulation also need to be improved. We were there on March and outside temperature is below 10C but we still feel hot inside the room."

"Nice apartment, clean and well equipped. Hotel staff were super helpful and recommended some excellent places to eat. Would definitely stay again if we are back in Salzburg. As we were there during the recent heatwave, the AC was very much appreciated!"

"Very clean, laundry facilities a plus and everything worked well. Very close to train and to the lovely pedestrian area and then over the river to the old town. Excellent response from the manager and very spacious! Highly recommend!"
