"Good location and nice interior design, but missed the lack of in person support/a reception. Would be very inconvenient to stay here without a mobile phone - if you forgot to write the code down, and your phone battery died, you wouldn’t be able to access your room.
Simple requests and questions via the app work well, but a request for a missing Salzburg guest mobility card took over 24 hours to rectify (and was too late to be used).
The free lockers were good, but need maintenance."

"Très facile à l’arrivée, tout autant au départ .
Bien situé entre la gare et la vieille ville. Plus spacieux qu’attendu.
Comme partout dans la ville, un peu plus dispendieux que souhaité."

"Nice apartment, clean and well equipped. Hotel staff were super helpful and recommended some excellent places to eat. Would definitely stay again if we are back in Salzburg. As we were there during the recent heatwave, the AC was very much appreciated!"

"The apartment was nice. It’s quite a walk from the centre of Salzburg but a nice walk along the river. Unfortunately the electrical equipment provided was unsafe and the hairdryer exploded whilst I was using it with lots of smoke. I reported this but the staff didn’t seem particularly bothered. I’m glad it was an adult using the hairdryer and not a child. I wouldn’t recommend for this reason. I think that all electrical equipment within the complex should be reassessed for safety."

"Das Zimmer war sauber und angenehm groß. Die Nähe zur Innenstadt ist hervorragend, man kann bequem durch den Berg in die Stadt spazieren.
Im Sommer ist die Unterkunft jedoch aufgrund der enormen Hitzeentwicklung nicht zu empfehlen. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage. Leider war es im Zimmer so heiß, dass ich nicht dort übernachten konnte und nach 22:00 Uhr wieder abgereist bin."
