"Very modern looking like a club. We stayed at a 2 queen beds family room. Room is big, but odd layout. Shower is big but just a single small sink with barely any table space. The in-room water dispenser is a nice surprise, however there is no ice. Everything seems to be clean and not old.Fridge is supet tiny, it can only fit 3 bottles of water nothing else. "This hotel was in the center of the all the shopping, street food vendors and subways, all within a few minutes to subway, and the shopping and street food vendors, restaurants were right outside the hotel entrance, so convenient! However, it was noisy and a constant flow of people crowding the streets from late morning to night. It's easy to get confused or lost as all the streets look the same with the shops and restaurants lined along the way. You would need a map or gps to navigate around....

"Room size was ok, not much walking space. But there is a huge espresso machine which I love it. It dispenses hot water too, save the water boiling time. Appreciate that all the minibar items are free. Location is just opposite Namdaemun, with a twosome cafe and Burger King downstairs. Airport limousine bus just opposite the property too."

"The beds were horrible. All you could feel were the wires with no cushion at all. If you want a good sleep don’t stay here. Also what is the purpose of having a washer when there is no dryer in your room. If you choose to wash in your hotel room you have to bring down your wet clothes to the first floor to use their coined dryer. Who would want to bring their wet laundry down during a vacation trip??? "The room was very cold and there were no instructions in the room to turn off the AC or to lower the temperature. Also, no grab bars in the shower and no wash cloths, only bigger towels. I wish they had CNN like some of the Asian hotels I stayed at. For breakfast, there was no Asian food. Also, no water glasses in the room.
