"This was our second stay at this hotel and we were welcomed back. The room was smaller than we had anticipated but it did meet our needs although having a table and chairs but no space for it seemed confusing. Really nice atmosphere and staff were helpful as always. "

"Whoa. This place blew all my expectations away, especially for the price. It was good enough that next time, during my second trip to Seoul, I don't think I'll bother looking for another place. The room is absolutely fantastic with great ameities and finishes. The bed is comfortable and bathroom spacious. While we didn't have breakfast, we did grab a drink at the absolutely beautiful bar. The entire property is dazzling to the eye and I cannot wait to stay here again."

"Hotel is well maintained and in a central walkable part of Seoul. Train station entrance is a block away so it’s easy to get anywhere fast. Train system is super easy to use. As far as the hotel, staff was very friendly and helpful, and always available. Breakfast buffet was convenient, and we used the laundry facilities once. Did not go to restaurant or bar. The only negative I would say about the room was that it’s on the small side and could use a few more drawers for storage. All in...

"まず、スタッフさんの対応はどの方もよかったです。洗濯機のこと、朝早いツアーで特別に朝食をお願いしたら、翌朝用意しておいて下さり、他の方のと間違えた時も嫌な顔もせずに追いかけて来て交換してくださり、どの方もほとんど日本語で対応してくださり、居心地がよく安心して過ごせました。部屋のメンテナンスもしっかりしてトイレもウォッシュレットで気持ちよく、バスタブもシャワーも小さ目ですが、早くお湯が溜まって返って使いやすかったです。朝食も美味しく担当の方も笑顔で温かく接してくださり、立地は勿論ですが、次回も利用したいと強く思いました。最高の4泊5日のソウルの旅をありがとうございました😊"
