"I was debating on whether or not to give the 5 star. Everything was great, except for the rude woman cleaning the breakfast area. She definitely needs basic customer service training. Her overall nasty attitude ruins the breakfast experience. Even my 9yr old noticed and was uncomfortable. To the point that she prefered we finish our breakfast back in our room. Room was great, very clean! Super comfy beds! "

"The high quality stay I expect from this chain. I have stayed here twice in the winter and the parking lot makes this a fantastic choice, as it is underground beneath the hotel—fantastic on a frigid winter day with blowing snow to unload and load in a 40 degree garage! "

"Great stay! Initially, there was a problem with the shower and they changed our room right away. The room was spotless including the kitchen area. Breakfast was delicious. Parking was convenient, especially when using the side entrance to the hotel. We would definitely stay there again."
