"This hotel does not live up to the Marriott brand overall. While the room was generally clean, the carpets were old and stained. The common areas had litter and leftover containers left sitting on tables overnight, left by other guests . The pool area was littered with trash, which also remained overnight and well into the next day. The windows and showers in the pool area were filthy. The bathroom in the pool area was dilapidated and in disrepair. Pipes rusted, soap dispensers empty, tissue...

"Was a fairly clean property within a short walk or ride to a number of shops and restaurants. I was placed by a room with a loud baby all afternoon and evening. I told the receptionist they should have placed the family away from the main area, further to the back of the property. The whole family was loud and the walls were paper thin. "Great location for attending Louis Tomlinson concert at the Allstate Arena, which was my primary reason. Rideshare to O’Hare multi/modal station and getting the free ATS train to your terminal is much cheaper than to O’Hare proper, by the way.
