"This hotel does not live up to the Marriott brand overall. While the room was generally clean, the carpets were old and stained. The common areas had litter and leftover containers left sitting on tables overnight, left by other guests . The pool area was littered with trash, which also remained overnight and well into the next day. The windows and showers in the pool area were filthy. The bathroom in the pool area was dilapidated and in disrepair. Pipes rusted, soap dispensers empty, tissue...

"Everything was good.. spent 3 days for Chicago.. Parking was Great... Check in was easy.. little hard to understand the lady at the front desk for checking in.. room was good size.. handle on sliding door for patio was broke told them when we went to get pizza.. gone for about 3 hours and when we came back it was fixed!!!, only thing was there was no holding bars in the bathroom.. for toilet and shower... overall a 4 out of 5 .. (4 because of no holding bars) ... breakfast is not free..McDonalds...

"When I asked the desk clerk for a needed toiletry item in the evening of my check in she blew me off and told me to wait til housekeeping comes in the next morning. I discovered the item was easily accessible to her as another desk clerk obtained it for me in the morning. The buffet breakfast was disappointing especially considering the price. Not enough options, food sitting out too long. However, you can order off the menu as an option. Otherwise, rooms on were the small side but clean and...

Irma, Estrella, Rigo and Isabel were so accommodating during our stay, and the hotel was awesome with complimentary drinks and snacks in the evening.
