"A quaint old-fashioned-- in good ways-- hotel. Room was big, clean and comfortable. Nice that they have an onsite restaurant, bar and very large breakfast room -- complete with a nice hot breakfast (that even includes Bailey's 😁). And a lift/elevator. Only 2 complaints: 1). One must either drive or take a taxi into town-- no public transportation close by and (2) No A/C or fans. Overall, though, a lovely place to stay."

"Nice location and amazing view on the ocean, welcome staff, great breakfast, clean room."

"Friendly staff, great breakfast, I loved that we had a choice of full Irish, scrambled eggs with smoked salmon or pancakes. The room was really large, bed was good and comfy. We could not get the heating to work, but kept the window closed to keep the room warmer. Shower pressure was not great, but adequate."

"My wife and I stayed for 7 days. 10/10- would recommend to a friend- will be back! Our hosts, Trish & Chris, were absolutely stellar. They are both kind, friendly, knowledgeable, salt of the Earth people, and excellent cooks! The breakfasts were customized to our needs and desires and were scrumptious! The setting is divine- so quiet, surrounded by nature, and truly beautiful. Our room was spacious and comfortable. There was, however, no in-room mini fridge! "A really lovely hotel in a magnificent village. Very friendly and professional staff . Nice large well presented room . Great continental breakfast included free, great selection. The area is astounding. We took a boat trip to Garnish Island,15 mins . Basking seals on the way and a truly beautiful island that had been gifted to the nation by a man who created a remarkable paradise.Glengarriff goes straight to number one in my favourite places ."

"Wow, Thanks Elizabeth, you provided each guest just what they needed in a thoughtful, caring way. That is amazing when running the pub, with the colourful regulars, and blow ins from all corners of the world. You provided the very best of Irish hospitality in a gem of a place. "The home is clean and comfortable. The host was lovely. There are no amenities (no breakfast) and the walk to town is considerable (and a rather large hill!). But, it was an excellent place to lay our weary heads. Check in and checkout were simple. "
