"The location was great, right on the lake, which we jumped in frequently to cool off. It was unbearably hot, the 4 provided fans brought some, but inefficient cooling. The attic / TV room was unusable secondary to the extreme heat. It was difficult, if not impossible to sleep. Thankfully our musclar son could bring the luggage up 4 flights of stairs. Parking accommodations were acceptable. Transportation to Lucerne and other destinations was easy with good bus and train service. Beautiful views...

"The property was very well stocked: pots, pans, cutlery, wall plug adapter, umbrellas, toothbrushes, toothpaste and more. The only downside is that the floors do creak, so you hear the people above you. With that said, everyone seems to adhere to the 10pm quiet time so it was not much of a problem. I did not see a parking space so if you’re renting a car I would look further into that. Aside from that, no issues. Very close to the train station for transportation. "

"Ik was op zakenreis en dit is perfect. Heel ruim appartement, ontzettend proper en alles bij de hand: handdoeken, shampoo, douchegel, .. Enige minpuntje: de douche kan iets beter. Voor mij is dit geen spelbreker, ik kom absoluut terug. "

"Our problems began at check-in. There was no staff available to assist us, and we were left running from pillar to post trying to find parking even though they charged 35 chf per night for parking. It was 4 blocks away and Was hard to locate the apartment, and figure out how to gain access. After a long journey, this was extremely frustrating and stressful.
The property also had no air conditioning, which was not made clear beforehand. As a result, the apartment was unbearably hot, and none of...

"Es ist ein wunderschönes und grosszügiges Apartment mit sensationellem Ausblick, Bad mit Dusche, zwei Toiletten, voll eingerichtete Küche. Allerdings war’s etwas heiss: es gibt keine Klimaanlage nur mobile „Klimageräte“."
